Purchasing my first home was a very frightening as well as, confusing process, initially. I am a high school history teacher and have worked with Nevin Williams on several refinance loans for my home. During our transaction I found Nevin to be knowledgeable, accessible, and forthcoming with all information pertaining to the loan. He answered every question I had no matter what time of day or night.
On one occasion we spoke about my loan until 12:30 at night. I have known Nevin for many years and always go to him for my personal mortgage and refinancing questions and help. I have refinanced two or three times with Nevin. The reason I go back to him over and over is that he is completely honest about what he can provide regarding my loan needs and requirements. I know that he researches many loan options and considers my short and long term financial goals before suggesting the right one.
In the past, another loan broker approached me. He thought he could do better than the loan I took from Nevin. After reviewing my loan, the other broker told me that it was the best loan he had seen and I should go with Nevin. The new broker could not provide that kind of interest rate and terms. When I needed help consolidating two Mortgages, two home equity lines-of-credit, and several thousand dollars in credit card debt(all at the lowest current rate)….Nevin was my hero! I was referred to Nevin from my tax attorney without hesitation.
